Is there any best practice reference in water or outside the sector that are some of the best ways to enable people with disabilities to be hired – and ultimately feel included, professionally developed, and cared for in the workplace?
Culturally, any tips as to how we break through any possible bias / unconscious bias that may exist in our workplaces?
What type of information / reporting /should we be looking for as positive or negative flags in our People reports beyond the % target?
