Llewellyn mentioned we have 4.8% people with disability in our industry, which is higher than VPS, but still some way off our combined industry target of 10%. What are the most important things we can do together as an industry to meet this target?

How has WaterAble found the process of engaging with the broader Victorian Water industry and what are some of your lessons learnt?

Is there any best practice reference in water or outside the sector that are some of the best ways to enable people with disabilities to be hired – and ultimately feel included, professionally developed, and cared for in the workplace?
Culturally, any tips as to how we break through any possible bias / unconscious bias that may exist in our workplaces?
What type of information / reporting /should we be looking for as positive or negative flags in our People reports beyond the % target?
