    Any tips / recommendations you can share with us for ensuring there is no unintended gendered / diversity loss of opportunity impact as a consequence of workplace flexibility policies?

    Interested in to what extent the different businesses are
    1) changing the physical office environment to support blended work (eg quiet spaces, collaboration spaces)
    2) creating ergonomic home environments (proper chair, desk screen etc). Who pays – employer or employee??

    Both items are constantly raised by staff..
