Business Support Officer – Fixed Term

The Goulburn Broken CMA is seeking applications from motivated and experienced individuals to join us for a fixed term period to in the role of Business Support Officer.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who is highly skilled in multitasking and has sound experience in delivering a range of administration and business support functions. The position will utilise your well-developed skills to effectively support administrative functions including accounts payable, minutes and agenda preparation, diary and meeting scheduling, data entry and internal and external customer service, across the business.

You will have demonstrated experience in providing a range of administrative support to diverse teams, with strong communication skills and an eagerness to take on and learn new tasks.  Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be highly regarded as would previous experience with accounts.

This position is part time, based from our Shepparton office and can be undertaken at 0.6-0.8FTE.
