Registrations Open – 2023 VicWater OH&S Network Forum

Registrations are open for this year's VicWater OH&S Network Forum. We are thrilled to be hosted by Barwon Water for our first in person forum since March 2019.

The theme Driving Safety brings together two areas of important focus for our sector… That of safety when driving, and that of moving (driving), our safety culture and behaviours forward.

It is widely accepted that being out on the roads, is one of the highest safety risks to our people. As a sector we travel significant kilometres, through all variations of terrain and at all hours of the day and night,  and experiencing all variations of road and traffic conditions.

Time:            9:00am registration (Inc. tea & coffee)

                      9:30pm - 3:00pm forum (Inc. morning tea and lunch)

Cost:             Free   

Optional:      Tour of Deakin University (time tbc)

Tour:                     The tour of Deakin will include the IISRI Genesis Simulator which is used in automotive design and testing to improve driver safety. Think the simulator rides you might go on at a theme park but these are on steroids and applied to useful things!
