2015 VicWater Conference – Nathan Epp – VicWater Leadership Development Award Presentation

Congratulations to Nathan Epp, the Senior Engineer of Energy and Commercial Projects Business Innovation and Efficiencies at Goulburn Valley Water, who was selected as the VicWater Leadership Development Award winner for 2015.

Nathan impressed the VicWater Board with his broad vision for the industry and his entrepreneurial attitude to inspire and motivate others to think differently about how to create opportunities and solve problems.

The focus and intent in selecting a winner for this Award is to recognise and reward up and coming leaders from the Victorian water industry and to select someone that will be an impressive ambassador for the industry. It has been noted by Thames Water that the calibre and character of the past two winners is a credit to the industry.

The VicWater Board are confident that Nathan will benefit enormously from the opportunity to work in the UK next year and that what he learns will benefit him from a leadership perspective as well as benefitting Goulburn Valley Water and more broadly the Victorian water industry. The VicWater Board are also confident that Nathan will be a stellar ambassador for the Victorian water industry.

The Board would also like to thank all those that nominated for this year’s Award, it was an impressive selection list to work through and a true testament to the strength and breadth of leadership potential that exists within the industry.
