Rob Gell will facilitate the panel on 'putting our industry at the centre of the circular economy'
Rob Gell AM
Rob Gell AM is a geographer, specifically a coastal geomorphologist, specialising in the environmental processes that continually shape our coastlines. Rob will facilitate the discussion around putting the water industry at the centre of the circular economy.
In his professional life he is an Executive Director of the sustainability advisory company ReThink Sustainability Pty Ltd.
He is also a director of Attentis, an advanced, real time, sensor and intelligence network technology company; Circular Things which as developed an Eco Water Wall - water tank as a fence, and GreenCo Water which has patented a Pak Flat Tank.
Rob also has Advisory Board roles with Solar Recovery Corporation which is using Italian technology to recover 99% of materials from decommissioned solar panels and Global Aquatica which has developed BioAqua technology to treat Acid Mine Drainage and recover water and valuable minerals from mine tailings dams.
Rob is the newly elected President of the Royal Society of Victoria.
