While VicWater and The Langham will try our best to accommodate special dietary requirements, we can only accommodate requests if notified prior to the event. Please ensure you complete this item during checkout.

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome.

A charge of 50% of the registration fee may be made for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 14 days of the conference start date.

Cancellations in extenuating circumstances

Where VicWater is unable to accommodate a Transfer Request and extenuating circumstances apply (e.g. serious illness or injury of a program participant or a close family member, compelling personal reasons etc), VicWater will reasonably consider a request for an Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation. The request must be in writing and must outline the relevant extenuating circumstances.

Where VicWater consents to an Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation, it will refund the program fees to the delegate minus a deduction for:

1. any third-party costs VicWater has already incurred at the time of the Cancellation Request that VicWater is unable to recover; and
2. an additional cancellation fee of $200 (per participant) if the Request is received within 48 hours of the start date of the conference.

Depending upon the specific nature of the extenuating circumstances, VicWater in its absolute discretion may choose to waive all or part of any deduction.

If Melbourne goes into Lockdown due to COVID-19, the program will revert to a completely online experience. Customers will not be entitled to a credit in such circumstances, however will be refunded the difference for their ticket.

Due to Covid-19 Restrictions in person places are limited. If you would like to change your ticket from in person to an online ticket please let us know as soon as possible so we can refund the difference and make a place available for someone else.

Participants participating in Q&A and/or workshops understand and agree that and comments or activities including photography, film, quotes, and/or recordings during this event may be used in VicWater publications and promotional materials.
