Jo Giannini will join us at Connect 2021 to speak in the Diversity & Inclusion stream. Jo is the General Manager People Safety and Culture at Southern Rural Water. She has extensive experience as an executive in senior leadership roles across the community services sector and water sector.

Jo is known for her calm and purposeful leadership. She is driven to connect and collaborate with people across organisations and communities and strives to help individuals and teams find purpose in the work they do and achieve more than they ever thought possible. Through these relationships Jo has created high performing teams and achieved transformational change and organisational growth.
