Matt Lovegrove will join us at Connect 2021 to speak about where working from home fits in with the new Covid normal. Matt is an experienced, senior business executive with more than 25 years’ experience within the ICT and Professional Services sectors, both in Australia, as well as across Europe and Asia. He leads EY’s Asia-Pacific Work, Reimagined project team – undertaking research and interpreting how clients need to rethink, repurpose, and reshape work in a ‘coexisting with COVID’ world in order to thrive.

Matt and his team enable business success through engaged people - from talent acquisition, to talent development and deployment (including global mobility), to talent retention through reward and compensation planning, and HR performance improvement.

Matt is the global People Advisory lead to a major global mining and metals organization, assisting them to address talent attraction, transformational people change programs, employee experience and talent mobility issues.

Matt is an EY Partner, an Associate Member of CPA, has a Bachelor of Economics and is a former Chair of APMP in Australia New Zealand.
