Rueben Berg will join Rodney Carter at Connect 2021 to discuss cultural values in water ways in the Environment & Policy stream. Ruben is the Commissioner for the Victorian Environmental Water Holder and the Director of Westernport Water. He is a proud Gunditjmara man from Melbourne, Victoria and is passionate about the cultural connection to water that has existed for Aboriginal people for thousands of years.

Rueben uses his skills, enthusiasm and passion in a diverse range of areas. He is a member of the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria and the Heritage Council of Victoria. He is an Emerging Leader at the Fellowship for Indigenous Leadership, the Founder and Director of the Indigenous Ultimate Association, is a member of the Heritage Council of Victoria, and a Founding Director of Indigenous Architecture and Design Victoria. Ruben is also the Managing Director of RJHB Consulting and the Chair of WFDF Ultimate Rules Sub-Committee.
