About Insight

The Insight program is for women at the executive level in the water sector.

With a focus on personalised self-development and learning from others, the program is truly transformative. It highlights what women can achieve together, because it is anchored in the way women want to work rather than the paradigm they can find themselves working in.

Nomination and selection process

To be considered for the program, the identified woman must be nominated by the Managing Director or CEO of the organisation. This nomination must also be endorsed by the Board Chair.

Following the nomination the identified woman must complete an application.

Nominees will then go through an executive style recruitment process including an application and interview. The final selection will be made by the Insight Leadership Oversight Committee.

Each organisation is able to nominate one woman only for each intake.
