To mark IDAHOBIT, International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination, VicWater and the D&I Practitioners Network invite all Victorian water corporation staff to an online event highlighting the power of visible allyship and inclusive workplaces.
The session will be hosted by VicWater CEO Jo Lim and feature a guest speaker from Minus18, Australia’s charity supporting LGBTQIA+ young people. The discussion will cover the significance of IDAHOBIT, lived experience insights, and practical ways we can all show up as allies at work and beyond.
