It is 12 months since the Victorian Government launched their Housing Statement, centred around a target to build 800,000 new homes over the next decade, and 2.24 million homes by 2051. The water sector is a key enabler and stakeholder in the delivery of this commitment.

Cyber Governance Steering Committee

The CGSC have been progressing and workshopping the June cyber exercise outcomes and we now have a nicely bundled project which we will be delivering in partnership with DEECA.

Carbon Offsets Project

The Build Phase of the project is now complete. This phase of the project has included:

  • Undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) process in the carbon market to gain an understanding of organisations who may wish to partner with the water sector as well as indicative costs.
