Did you know VicWater has meeting rooms available for members during business hours?

Jacaranda Room (Boardroom)  – set up and capacity limits:

• Boardroom – 18 people max
• U-shape – 22 people max (most popular)
• Cabaret – 36 – 48 people max (with the wall open)
• Theatre Style – 55 – 70 people max (with the wall open)

There is a dividing wall that can be removed to make the space larger to accommodate cabaret and theatre style seating.

We also have 3 smaller meeting rooms, 2 of which have connectivity to a screen for screen sharing and are Teams/Zoom compatible.

When making a booking, please provide the following information:

• Number of attendees
• Desired room setup (boardroom, U-shape, cabaret or theatre)
• Meeting time and your expected arrival time (usually 15 minutes prior). Please note that our office building gate opens at 8 am and will be locked at 6pm.

NB: The VicWater office is not always occupied, therefore we ask that you provide a specific arrival time so that we can ensure staff member is present to greet you.
