About the Role
This role leads SRW’s technology strategy and delivery across a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, anchored by the ERP program. It provides strategic oversight of enterprise and data architecture, portfolio delivery governance, and cyber security uplift, while ensuring delivery meets business needs and aligns to SRW’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the scoping, implementation and delivery of the ERP program and associated technology projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget.
  • Owning the enterprise and data architecture agenda, including an “as is” review, future target state, and an enterprise architecture roadmap for Board approval.
  • Preparing an annual technology program plan (budget, resourcing and delivery plan) and maintaining strong portfolio governance.
  • Reporting to Executive, the Board and the Digital Transformation Committee on progress, performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement across the business to shape requirements, define scope, and secure alignment and adoption.
  • Overseeing organisation-wide change management (training, communications, business readiness) to ensure smooth implementation and uptake.
  • Managing vendors and third-party delivery partners in line with SRW procurement, governance and risk frameworks.
  • Leading cyber security strategy and uplift (in partnership with ICT Operations), with proactive risk management across the portfolio.
  • Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team (Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management and Architecture).

About You
The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership across complex digital delivery, with credibility at Executive and Board level.

Key experience and attributes:

  • Extensive experience delivering digital transformation programs, particularly ERP implementation and integration.
  • Demonstrated capacity to translate corporation-wide strategies into programs or projects that enable achievement of required outcomes while effectively managing risks.
  • Strong governance, financial and risk management capability, with a particular focus on cyber security risk.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including communication with Executive and Board committees.
  • Proven leadership experience building high-performing teams and embedding continuous improvement.
  • Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business Administration or a relevant discipline (essential). Project Management certification desirable; Change/LEAN/Agile certifications also desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel to SRW office locations as required – Mitcham, Werribee, Maffra, Traralgon, Warrnambool

About the role

The Strategy Advisor supports the development of EGW’s internal strategies, business cases and price submissions by coordinating inputs, assisting with financial modelling and costbenefit analysis, and preparing evidencebased documentation. The role also oversees price submission monitoring and annual ESC performance reporting and audits, while contributing to customer and stakeholder engagement and facilitating information sharing on emerging technologies and research initiatives. It further provides analytical and reporting support across the business, including data analysis, dashboards and regulatory reporting.

Working collaboratively across EGW and with external agencies, the Strategy Advisor helps shape longterm strategic planning, prepare periodic price reviews and monitor associated performance measures. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is a Victorian Government statutory authority whose role is to work with and support natural resource management agencies, Traditional Owners and local communities to improve sustainable land use, biodiversity and water resources management extending from Ballarat south through the Western District Lakes and Victorian Volcanic Plains including Colac and Geelong, through the Otway Ranges to the coast along the Great Ocean Road.

About the opportunity

The Project Officer – Land and Catchment Health is a newly established role at Corangamite CMA, responsible for the delivery of two key river health projects within the Riparian and Water Infrastructure team. The Project Officer will lead and deliver river health projects as part of the fire recovery effort post the January 2026 bushfires and as a component of the “Cultivated in the Curdies” project.

The role focuses on working with landholders to assess, plan and manage waterway restoration projects on private land and along crown frontages, procuring and managing contractors, as well as developing strong relationships with Traditional Owners, public land managers and other partners.

Based in the Riparian and Water Infrastructure Team, you will also support wider team projects, programs and services, and support existing partnerships between agencies and groups as required.

The role is offered full time, and we offer flexible work arrangements and support working from home in combination with working from our main office in Colac and secondary office in Geelong.

Remuneration for the role is $87,326 – $99,611 per annum depending on experience plus superannuation.

About you

  • Experience working in waterway management, natural resource management, environmental management, conservation projects or programs and a relevant diploma or degree qualification or significant relevant experience.
  • Strong skills and experience in project management, with experience in delivering waterway health or land management projects desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively facilitate complex and diverse engagement processes.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

About the role

The Team Leader Wastewater Treatment plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operations of lagoon-based wastewater treatment systems while leading, supporting and mentoring the lagoon wastewater treatment team.

Our lagoon-based wastewater treatment plants are spread throughout the north east region. This is an exciting opportunity to get out and about in the beautiful north east region and gain exposure across our 18 lagoon-based wastewater treatment plants. You will also have access to a diverse range of learning opportunities, allowing you to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of wastewater treatment.

The role is currently primarily based in Wangaratta however due to the spread of our lagoon-based wastewater treatment plants, the base location for this role is open to negotiation.

This role is a full-time ongoing opportunity – Monday to Friday, general hours of work between 7am and 4:30pm with flexible work options available such as a 9-day fortnight.

Once deemed competent, you will be required to participate in a seven-day on call roster every 4 weeks which operates from a Tuesday until the following Tuesday. This includes an on-call allowance of over $500 (per week of on-call) plus any applicable overtime hours and rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wastewater treatment monitoring & maintenance: Oversee and ensure consistent monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of lagoon-based wastewater systems.
  • Address potential risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Safety & Training: Uphold and enforce strict safety standards.
  • Ensure team members are well-trained and in alignment with OHS standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise the lagoon wastewater treatment team’s daily tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Project Management: Implement lagoon-based wastewater treatment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Emergency Response: Lead the coordination for timely responses to disruptions or emergencies.
  • Oversee and participate in a 7-day rotating on-call roster.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources including equipment, tools, and materials required for treatment operations, ensuring minimal wastage and optimal usage.
  • Asset & Infrastructure Management: Operation and fault response including inlet works, aeration assets, storages and discharge facilities, and desludging of alum sludge lagoons as required.

Key Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience leading with a safety-first mindset and the ability to build and coordinate high-performing teams.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of wastewater treatment systems and processes.
  3. Certificate III in water or wastewater treatment (or equivalent), or experience in the water industry and demonstrated progress towards achieving these qualifications.

Salary Information

  • An attractive salary range of $90,574 to $100,709 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
  • This role is eligible for our industry and wastewater allowances which add over $2,600 to your remuneration per year!
  • In this role you will participate in an on-call availability roster for 7 days approximately every 4 weeks. This includes an on-call allowance of over $500 (per week of on-call) plus any applicable overtime hours and rates.
